I, as a team coach/manager/player, I hereby give permission for my team and/or myself to participate in the NEMESIS 3x3 Tournament event and acknowledge the fact that they/I are physically able to participate in these activities. I hereby authorize the directors and instructors of NEMESIS 3x3 Tournament to act for us/me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I acknowledge that I will be responsible for any cost (through team insurance or family medical insurance or otherwise) incurred due to sickness or injury to my team. I hereby waive any claim we might have against NEMESIS 3x3 Tournament and the institution providing the facilities. I further hereby authorize any photos of my team to be used for any and all publicity and marketing purposes, as deemed appropriate by NEMESIS 3x3 Tournament.
